The two CD "Integral Tarot Meditation" set is a companion to the "Integral Tarot" book by author Suzanne Wagner. The Seeker is taken on an incredible journey within themselves, to meet the archetypes of the Tarot, note how they function in their lives, and integrate them into their being.

This CD set includes a meditation for each of the Major Arcana, Guided Meditations for the Flow and Sequence of the Major Arcana and the Minor Arcana, and short meditations for the Court cards. Individual meditations have not been included for the Minor Arcana on the CD's, but written meditations for these cards have been included in the accompanying twenty-seven page booklet.

This work is based on the "Thoth Tarot", and the foundation set by Aleister Crowley. While there are significant differences between the "Thoth Tarot" and the widely used "Rider-Waite Tarot" (i.e. the inclusion of three Magus (Magician) cards, and the retitling of a majority of the cards), this CD set could be used successfully by all Tarot students, regardless of which deck was their primary deck.

The archetypal energy of the cards comes to life, as the Seeker is taken though a series of guided meditations that introduce them to the archetypes as they are functioning in their own life. The Seeker meets the energy of each of the Major Arcana (Trumps), Minor Arcana (Pips - the numbered cards), and Court cards, and is guided into integrating it within themselves. Two very important things are accomplished here: (1) it promotes healing within the Seeker as they integrate the energies in their life, and (2) it leads to a deeper understanding of the cards themselves.

There are two journey's here - one is a journey through each of the cards, the other is a journey through the Major Arcana, called a "Flow Journey", as the Seeker moves from card to card, seeing how each card is built on the foundation of the cards before it, and seeing what the cycle of integration looks like, and how it is experienced. The Flow Journey? That would be the Fool's Journey!

Musician Derek Keith has created a musical background that in itself is so fully integrated into the meditations that one does not think "great music!", one thinks "great experience"! Kudos to Mr. Keith!
