QUOTE
One only gets to the top
rung of the ladder by steadily
climbing up one at a time,
and suddenly all sorts of powers,
all sorts of abilities which you
thought never belonged to you--
suddenly become within your own
possibility and you think,
''Well, I'll have a go, too.''

REVERSED
MEANING
You may not be doing the thing that fulfills you totally.
Look to see what you need to do to have the job you always dreamed
of. Take action and responsibility. If you need to go back to
school and learn new skills to find your destiny, do it. Playing
small not only hurts you but it hurts all those you could help
and touch if you were being as big as you can be. There is no
such thing as limitation. Get inspired by those that have overcome
greater challenges than you. The Angels applaud all efforts
undertaken to breakthrough. You may be afraid that you will
not be able to stand up to the dreams you hold inside. As you
go for the truth that is inside you, the dream may change but
the reality of what you can be is greater than what you are
dreaming now. The Sun reversed is a warning to take a look at
where you might be in business partnerships that are not moving
or that are depleting your resources or energy. Other’s
might be using your light to get what they want from you and
not giving anything in return. You are at risk of being used.
Your energy is loosing its inspiration and you might be grasping
for information because of being low on energy. You might feel
as if you are not as exuberant or enthusiastic as you want to
be. Now is the time to get away and take a vacation to regenerate
and regroup. You need to heal. As your energy returns then the
natural magnetic quality of your spirit will come back with
ideas and renewed strength. Reversed this card may be trying
to tell you that your ego is trying to do everything alone.
When the Sun card shows up it is a reminder that no man is an
island. It is only through teamwork and working together that
large goals are accomplished.

ANGELS
Angel of Success
Angel Uriel (angel of work and jobs)
CHRISTIAN ARCHETYPE
The resurrection of Christ. Even when the Romans
wanted to defeat what Jesus represented, they lost because
he became a beacon for light and truth by transcending the
limitations of the physical body and becoming the messenger
of something higher and more powerful than a person could
ever be.
MOVIE ARCHETYPES
Forest Gump: Forest is constantly the representative
of a Christ-like figure overcoming obstacles like death in
Vietnam; death of his wife Jenny and his rebirth through his
son who is intelligent and aware.
Wizard of Oz: The Yellow Brick Road represents the Sun card.
It is the spiritual pathway to the destination Dorothy wants
(to go home). It represents that everyone always wants to
go home to what is home for each of us.
LEVELS
Physical Level: On the physical
level the Sun card represents a positive change into something
new. There will be new opportunities coming your way. Stay
awake and grab them when they come by. With this card opportunities
abound. The challenge is to know which one to pick. The angels
are letting you know that there may be an increase in money
coming to you shortly. The finances are about to improve.
Look at financial opportunities carefully and be willing to
take that risk. The changes on the physical plane are all
good with the Sun card. Health will improve, energy will increase,
ideas will ignite, your stock portfolio may take a sudden
upswing and opportunities will knock right at your door. On
this level it is important to look at how to be part of a
team and work together for a greater goal. Look to where you
can inspire or stimulate others to be their best. See if there
is something that you would like to change about yourself.
It might be style of dress or a change in your office.
Emotional Level: On the emotional level the
Sun card lets you know that you will be feeling happy and
joyous at this time in your life. Your disposition is sunny
and bright. Everyone will think you are fabulous and the light
of the party. You will have people compliment you on something
you have been working on. The stress level has dropped and
things are finally going your way. There is a sense that anything
is possible. Try to anchor this feeling for later times when
you are not feeling so great about life. Then you can remember
this moment and step yourself back into a higher state of
awareness and positive mind. There will be new opportunities
coming your way. Stay awake and grab them when they come by.
The angels are letting you know that your praises are being
sung by many around you. The financial picture is about to
improve and that leads to a stronger sense of self confidence
and personal well being. This card shows a resolution of a
conflict that has been bothering you and this allows an improvement
in your disposition and outlook. If you are having a legal
issue at this time the outlook is good even if it may take
a while to resolve.
Spiritual Level: On this level the Death
card is reminding you that your spiritual self is overriding
your ego. Your spiritual self is desperate to grow and the
ego has been desperate to maintain the status quo. Your spirit
has finally won. This is good but terrifying to the mind.
The mind loves continuity but continuity causes the soul to
die. The soul is now in control to change your reality to
better match the essence of who you are. Let go of the mind
and allow the flow to happen. The mind may suffer for awhile
but the results will be of great value down the road. Remind
your brain that it is impossible to know everything at this
time. Choose to let your spirit guide the path for a moment.
You will feel more alive and vibrant. Give your soul a chance
to prove that something different might just be what will
work.
INTERPRETATION
The Sun card represents the Sun in astrology.
With this card you have finally passed through the challenges
of the Moon and have arrived into the place of illumination
and awareness. The Sun teaches us to be our natural, vital,
distinctive, expressive self. The willingness to face your
fears (the Moon) is greeted on the other side by the acknowledgement
of the Angelic vibration and the gold rays of divine inspiration.
You are now surrounded by the light and love of the angelic
consciousness. You can feel a sense of light and clarity flood
into your awareness and there is a sense of gratitude from
the angels for your willingness to undertake the journey.
There is a sense that life can now flow in a whole new way.
Understanding has replaced uncertainty. Clarity has replaced
cloudiness. There is a great sense of relief and a relaxation
in the stress patterns of your life.
The universe is letting you know that you did a good job in
your last test. With illumination comes success and financial
gain. The Sun card lets you know that when you have passed
all the tests that the Angels felt you needed or agreed to.
Now, the money will follow in short order. Some people think
that success is luck. But most of the time it is either good
Karma, or lots of inner work and soul searching.
Those that have the money will tell you that they faced many
challenges in order to get to their success. The difference
was that they just didn’t give up. They took those challenges
one at a time but eventually everything worked out.
We all want to believe in luck and it is a nice concept but
in truth life is about overcoming the challenges that you
chose experience. These things are never easy. If it was so
easy our culture would not be so attached to the stories,
movies and myths of hero’s overcoming so many obstacles.
We like to learn from the stories of other people that had
great challenges, faced many problems and somehow still came
out on top. Inside we are all the same. Those hero's give
us hope that we too can make it one day to the place of clarity
and understanding.
The Sun card is the highest “Yes” card in the
deck. That is because the Angels are telling you that if you
are willing to do what it takes, they will give you the dream.
When this card show up in a Yes/No position it will override
any other card that is pulled. That is because the angels
are telling you that something about this question is the
next step to the fulfillment of your souls learning and awareness.
You may not understand what the lesson is at the time. But
later on you will see the value of having that experience.
This card is a signal for a party or a big pat on the back.
You have done well. You have surpassed your expectations and
are basking in the glory of a moment well done.
Another aspect of the Sun card is to go get a job that is
fulfilling and allows the fullest expression of who you are
moment by moment. Work and service are a high form of consciousness.
To be able to joyfully go to work and know that you are doing
what you are intended to do for the highest good for all,
is the key to life fulfillment. If you are not happy at work
take a look at what you need to do to find a job that is filled
with joy and happiness. You want to be able to wake up every
day and think inside yourself, “I love going to work.”
Try modeling the people that you know that are successful
in their lives and work. Notice how they dress, notice how
they present themselves. Notice how they speak and respond
to problems. Try them on and see if anything about their pattern
works for you. Then synthesize it down to flow with your own
patterns. This will help you refine your essence into forms
that will work for you. This way you are integrating their
Sun light energy into your awareness and translating it into
something that you can work with in your day to day life.
